Objective:To explore the application effect of fumigation and washing formula sitz bath combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in postoperative care of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Method:70 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a digital random table method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care for the patients,while the comprehensive group received fumigation and washing formula sitz bath combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The wound healing status(edema disappearance time,wound bleeding disappearance time,wound healing time),pain score,anxiety score,and The incidence of complications.Result:The edema,wound bleeding disappearance time,and wound healing time of patients in the comprehensive group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference in comparative data was significant(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there was a small difference in pain and anxiety scores between the two groups of patients(P＞0.05).After 7 days of nursing,the pain and anxiety scores of the comprehensive group of patients were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the data comparison showed a significant difference(P＜0.05).The complication incidence rate of 2.86％in the comprehensive group was significantly lower than that of 17.14％in the control group,with a significant difference in comparison(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the postoperative care of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,the use of fumigation and washing formula sitz bath combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention has a significant effect,which can reduce pain,alleviate anxiety,shorten wound recovery time,reduce the incidence of complications,and help accelerate postoperative recovery.
