Objective:To study the nursing effect of pediatric massage and mechanical sputum discharge in children with pneumonia.Meth ods:The clinical data of children with pneumonia admitted from June 2021 to September 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,and the clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time and comfort of the two groups were compared.Results:The total response rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05),which was significant;the cough and rale disappeared were shorter than the control group(P＜0.05);the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Pediatric massage combined with mechanical sputum discharge in children can effectively shorten the symptom improvement time and improve the comfort of children.
