Objective:To explore the effect of multipath positive suggestion with doctor-nurse-patient collaborative nursing in patients with MVD for TN.Methods:A total of 82 patients with TN who received MVD treatment in our hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected, and divided into the intervention group(41 cases)and the control group(41 cases)by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the intervention group was given multipath positive suggestion with doctor-nurse-patient collaborative nursing. The pain degree, psychological resilience, sleep quality and complications of the two groups were compared. Results:After intervention, the scores of SF-MPQ decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group, the intervention group was lower(P<0.05).After the intervention, the scores of CD-RISC increased in the both groups(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group, the intervention group was higher(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of PSQI decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group, the intervention group was lower(P<0.05).In comparision of the control group(19.51%),the incidence of complications in the intervention group(2.44%)was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:TN patients treated with MVD should be given multipath positive suggestion with doctor-nurse-patient collaborative nursing, which can reduce the pain of patients, enhance psychological resilience, improve the quality of sleep, and reduce the incidence of complications.
