Objective:To explore the effect of systematic nursing in postoperative nursing care of patients with brain tumor. Methods:A total of 86 patients with brain tumor undergoing surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected, and divided into the intervention group(n=43)and the control group(n=43)by random number table method. The control group was given routine care, and the intervention group was given systematic care. The physiological indicators, quality of life, and complications of the two groups were compared. Results:After intervention, the heart rate, mean arterial pressure(MAP)and oxygen saturation(SaO2)in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and in comparision of the control group, the intervention group was higher(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of the GQOL-74 in both groups were higher than before intervention, and in comparision of the control group, the intervention group was higher(P<0.05).In comparision of the control group(23.26%),the incidence of complications in the intervention group(6.98%)was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of systematic nursing after brain tumor surgery can improve the physiological indicators, improve the quality of life, and reduce the incidence of complications.
