Objective:To investigate the effects of cluster nursing on blood gas indexes and prognostic complications of prone ventilation patients in intensive care unit.Methods:40 patients with prone ventilation admitted to intensive care unit of our hospital from January 1,2019 to December,2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group received routine nursing and the study group received cluster nursing. The improvement of blood gas indexes and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:Blood gas index:there was no difference before nursing(P>0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the study group after nursing(P<0.05).Complication rate:0.00%in the study group was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of cluster nursing on prone ventilation patients in intensive care unit is significant, which can not only improve the blood gas index of patients, but also reduce the incidence of complications.
