Objective:To explore the influencing factors of Social psychology in syphilis prevention,and provide health education strategies according to the research results of the influencing factors,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of syphilis prevention.Methods:Retrospective analysis was made on 524 patients with stage Ⅰ syphilis,stage Ⅱ syphilis,stageⅢ syphilis and recessive syphilis in a regional psychiatric hospital from June 2005 to November 2022.Based on Social psychology,gender,age,social status,family situation,living environment,marital status,whether to accept peer education and cultural level were taken as independent variables,and the incidence of syphilis was taken as dependent variables,Exploring the impact of independent variables on the incidence of syphilis(using X as a single factor)2 Altematively,t-test,using logistic regression analysis for multiple factors,and providing targeted health education strategies based on research results.Result:The results of this study indicate that gender,age,family situation,living environment,marital status,whether to receive peer education,and cultural level all have a certain impact on the incidence of syphilis(P<0.05).After multiple logistic regression analysis,it was found that age is positively correlated with the onset of syphilis;There is a negative correlation between family status,residential status,and educational level and the incidence of syphilis;The incidence rate of syphilis was lower after receiving peer education.Conclusion:Syphilis prevention and control work is an important aspect of infectious disease prevention.It is necessary to cut off the source of infection,reduce social impact,pay attention to the personal situation of syphilis carriers,actively care for them,and develop systematic treatment plans to promote harmonious social development.
