Objective:To study the effect of"triple"relaxation training on self-efficacy and style of patients undergoing total hysterectomy.Methods:86 patients with cervical cancer who underwent hysterectomy in Dehua County Hospital,Fujian Province from June 2020 to June 2022 were divided into control,observation group,43 patients.The control group was given routine nursing intervention during perioperative period,and the observation group was given"triple"relaxation training intervention.The negative emotions,sleep quality,self-efficacy,coping style and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated.Results:After intervention,the observation group scores of HAMA-14,HAMD-17 and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group scores of GSES including symptom management,general management and total score were higher than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group scores of medical coping style questionnaire(MCMQ)including face,avoidance and surrender were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group scores of GQOLI-74 were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Triple"relaxation training has a significant effect on patients with total hysterectomy.It can alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve their sleep quality,enhance their self-efficacy and coping style,and improve their quality of life.
