Objective To research the clinical application of cluster nursing combined with predictive nursing measures in patients with PICC tumor.Method 60 cases of tumor patients hospitalized in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine care during PICC catheterization, while patients in the observation group were given cluster nursing combined with predictive nursing during PICC catheterization.Compared the incidence of PICC catheter complications between the two groups, compare the scores of self-management ability, anxiety and depression before and after nursing, and compare the SF-36 scores of the two groups after nursing intervention.Result The complication rate of PICC in the observation group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing, the scores of self-management ability, anxiety and depression between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing, the self-management ability score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower than that of the control group.and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of general health, physical pain, physiological function and social function of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing combined with predictive nursing for cancer patients during PICC catheterization can effectively reduce the occurrence of related complications, which is of positive significance for improving self-management ability and improving patients'psychological state and quality of life.
