Objective:To investigate the effect of swallowing-feeding management and comprehensive swallowing training in patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods:A total of 132 patients with dysphagia after stroke admitted to the Department of Neurology,Lianjiang County Hospital of Fujian Province from March 2021 to March 2022 were enrolled as the study subjects. The random number table method was used to randomly divide the study subjects into the control group(n=68),and the comprehensive swallowing training program and the study group(n=64)were used to adopt regular swallowing-feeding management to compare the intervention effects. Results:The effective rate of intervention in the study group was 98.43%(63/64),and there was no difference between 95.58%(65/68)and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the total score of the SSA scale after intervention and care in the study group compared with the control group(P>0.05).The psychological,physiological/cognitive,economic status, work or study dimensions and total scores of the EDQoL scale after the intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 3.12%,which was lower than that in the control group of 11.76%,(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy and swallowing function of swallowing-feeding management and comprehensive swallowing training in patients with dysphagia after stroke can achieve good results, but the quality of life of patients and the probability of adverse events are significantly reduced after the application of swallow-feeding management, which can be generalized.
