Objective:To observe the impact of carrying out Kegel exercise and whole process guided delivery during obstetric care on the delivery outcomes of postpartum women and the Apgar score of newboms.Method:From March 2022 to March 2023,300 postpartum women in our hospital were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into a control group(150 cases, receiving routine midwifery care during delivery)and an observation group(150 cases, receiving Kegel exercise and full course guided delivery)using a digital table.Analyze the delivery outcomes of two groups of postpartum women and the Apgar score of newborns. The results showed that the observation group had shorter delivery time during each stage of labor compared to the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the pain score and postpartum bleeding volume during delivery between the two groups, the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the pregnancy outcomes of the two groups, the incidence of uterine atony, neonatal asphyxia, and intrauterine distress in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the Apgar scores of two groups of newborns, the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out Kegel exercise and whole process guided delivery during midwifery care can shorten the duration of labor, reduce postpartum bleeding, reduce the degree of pain during childbirth, improve pregnancy outcomes, and enhance the Apgar score of newborns.
