摘要
黄汗病是以头面四肢肿胀、发热、汗出色黄沾衣为典型表现的临床病症.黄汗病发病呈多样性,除主要症状外,其还可有湿疹、胸中窒等特殊表现.王宪庆主任通过多年临床工作发现无论是典型或特殊黄汗病表现,其病机多与营卫不和、湿邪内侵有关,在治疗时主张以调和营卫、益气祛湿为本,选用《金匮要略》桂枝加黄芪汤为主方,同时据症辅以其他经方辨证化裁,患者临床反馈较佳.现笔者通过整理王主任临床医案,将其治疗黄汗病经验方法进行归纳、总结,以期为黄汗病的临床治疗提供有益参考.
Abstract
Huang Han disease is a clinical condition characterized by swelling of the head and facial limbs,fever,and sweating.The incidence of Huang Han disease is diverse,in addition to the main symptoms,it can also have eczema,chest suffocation and other special manifestations.Director Wang Xianqing found through years of clinical work that whether it is typical or special manifestations of Huang Han disease,the pathogenesis is mostly related to the discord of camp guards and wet and evil internal invasion,and advocates to reconcile camp guards and invigorate qi and dispel dampness in the treatment,and chooses the"Essentials of Jingui"Guizhi and Astragalus decoction as the main formula,and at the same time supplemented by other meridian differentiation according to the symptoms,and the clinical feedback of patients is better.Now,by sorting out Director Wang's clinical medical cases,the author summarizes and summarizes his experience and methods in the treatment of Huang Han disease,in order to provide a useful reference for the clinical treatment of Huang Han disease.
