加味柴胡清肝汤治疗联合切开引流术治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察加味柴胡清肝汤联合切开引流术治疗非哺乳期浆细胞性乳腺炎的疗效观察.方法:将57例符合条件的患者,采用随机分组的方法分为对照组27例观察组30例.两组均给予头孢曲松钠静滴,对照组在此基础上加用切开引流术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加加味柴胡清肝汤,治疗2个月,比较两组临床有效率、乳房疼痛评分及白细胞计数(WBC)和C反应蛋白(CRP).结果:经过2个月的治疗观察分析临床相关数据得出观察组:观察组临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05);观察组治疗后的血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05);观察组乳房疼痛评分于低对照组,差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05).结论:加味柴胡清肝汤加减联合切开引流术治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎,可提高临床有效率,促进患者康复.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Jiawei Chaihu Qinggan decoction combined with incision and drainage in the treatment of non-lactation plasma cell mastitis.Methods:57 eligible patients were randomly divided into control group(27 cases)and observation group(30 cases).Both groups were given ceftriaxone sodium drops,the control group was treated with incision and drainage on the basis of this,and the observation group was treated with supplemented Jiawei Chaihu Qinggan decoction on the basis of the control group for 2 months.The clinical effective rate,breast pain score,white blood cell count(WBC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)of the two groups were compared.Results:After 2 months of treatment observation and analysis of clinical data,the clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(p＜0.05);The serum C-reactive protein(CRP)level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p＜0.05).The score of breast pain in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the lower control group(p＜0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Chaihu Qinggan decoction combined with incision and drainage in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis can improve the clinical effective rate and accelerate the recovery of patients.
