Objective:To observe the curative effect of Jiawei Chaihu Qinggan decoction combined with incision and drainage in the treatment of non-lactation plasma cell mastitis.Methods:57 eligible patients were randomly divided into control group(27 cases)and observation group(30 cases). Both groups were given ceftriaxone sodium drops, the control group was treated with incision and drainage on the basis of this, and the observation group was treated with supplemented Jiawei Chaihu Qinggan decoction on the basis of the control group for 2 months. The clinical effective rate, breast pain score, white blood cell count(WBC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)of the two groups were compared. Results:After 2 months of treatment observation and analysis of clinical data, the clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);The serum C-reactive protein(CRP)level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The score of breast pain in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the lower control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Chaihu Qinggan decoction combined with incision and drainage in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis can improve the clinical effective rate and accelerate the recovery of patients.
