Objective:To observe the perioperative nursing intervention value and effectiveness of endoscopic mucosal dissection(ESD)for the prevention of postoperative bleeding in the treatment of early gastrointestinal cancer.Method:66 patients with early gastrointestinal cancer treated with endoscopic ESD surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were included in this study. To prevent postoperative bleeding, the patients were divided into a control group(33 cases:routine care)and an experimental group(33 cases:comprehensive care),and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result:After nursing, the psychological state, coagulation indicators, and oxidation indicators of the experimental group patients were significantly improved compared to before nursing and better than the control group. In addition, the incidence of postoperative bleeding and total complications in the experimental group patients(3.03%)was lower than that in the control group, with significant data differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic ESD surgery for early gastrointestinal cancer patients can provide comprehensive perioperative care for postoperative bleeding, which can calm patients'negative emotions, improve coagulation and oxidation indicators, and reduce the incidence of postoperative bleeding related complications compared to routine care.
