Objective:To study the impact of psychological resilience support combined with predictive care on the recovery, psychological status, and quality of life of primiparous women after childbirth.Method:A study was conducted on 60 primiparous women admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group, based on the random number table method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received psychological resilience support combined with predictive care. The pelvic floor condition(pelvic floor muscle strength, pelvic floor pain, vaginal resting pressure),psychological status(anxiety and depression scores),quality of life(role, cognition, body, social function),and nursing satisfaction between the two groups before and after nursing care were compared.Result:Before nursing, there was no significant difference in pelvic floor muscle strength, pelvic floor pain, and vaginal resting pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the pelvic floor muscle strength score and vaginal resting pressure in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the pelvic floor pain score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the role, cognitive, physical, and social function scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after nursing, the above scores of the observation group patients were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of psychological resilience support and predictive care can promote the recovery of primiparous women after childbirth, improve their psychological status and quality of life, and the satisfaction of primiparous women is high, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
