心理疏导与精神科护理在抑郁症患者中的应用价值研究

摘要
目的:探究心理疏导与精神科护理在抑郁症患者中的应用价值.方法:选取在2021年8月-2023年8月本院收治的70例抑郁症患者,随机分为观察组35例、对照组35例,其中对照组采用常规护理,而为观察组提供心理疏导与精神科护理.通过护理干预以后,比较两组的护理满意度,干预前后两组在睡眠质量、不良情绪、生活质量方面的改善情况.结果:相比对照组,观察组护理满意度高;具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预前,两组睡眠质量、不良情绪、生活质量差异不明显(P＞0.05),干预后,观察组睡眠质量、不良情绪、生活质量改善效果更佳(P＜0.05).结论:心理疏导与精神科护理在抑郁症患者中的应用价值十分显著,可以获得更高的护理满意度,有利于缓解其不良情绪,改善其睡眠和生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of psychological counseling and psychiatric nursing in patients with depression.Methods:70 patients with depression admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received psychological counseling and psychiatric nursing.After the nursing intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared,and the improvement of sleep quality,bad mood and quality of life of the two groups before and after the intervention was compared.Results:compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher;With statistical significance(p＜0.05);Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in sleep quality,bad mood and quality of life between the two groups(p＞0.05).After the intervention,the improvement effect of sleep quality,bad mood and quality of life in the observation group was better(p＜0.05).Conclusion:the application value of psychological counseling and psychiatric nursing in patients with depression is very significant,which can obtain higher nursing satisfaction,help relieve their bad emotions,and improve their sleep and quality of life.
