Objective To study the effect of narrative nursing combined with predictive nursing in patients with traumatic fracture. Methods 60 patients treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 who underwent traumatic fracture of limbs were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given narrative nursing combined with predictive nursing. The rescue time, hospital stay, psychological status and pain scores before and after nursing,as well as complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The rescue time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing, there were no significant differences in HAMD,HAMA and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,HAMD,HAMA and pain scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(3.33%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.67%,P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of narrative nursing combined with predictive nursing in patients with traumatic fracture is remarkable, which can significantly shorten the rescue and hospitalization time of patients, and relieve pain, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
