Objective To explore the application effect of orthopedic nursing rehabilitation training device in early rehabilitation training and functional recovery after tibial plateau fracture surgery.Method Fifty postoperative patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted to the People's Hospital of Hukou County,Jiangxi Province from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group with 25 patients each.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,while the study group received rehabilitation training with a self-made orthopedic nursing rehabilitation training device made by our hospital.Compare the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,knee joint score scale(Lysholm)scores,and joint degree scores of the two groups before and 14 days after surgery;Compare the hospitalization time,incidence of early postoperative complications,and patient satisfaction with nursing between the two groups of patients.Result There was no statistically significant difference in preoperative VAS score,Lysholm score,and joint degree score between the study group and the control group(P＞0.05);The VAS score of the study group patients on the 14th day after surgery was lower than that of the control group,while the Lysholm score and joint degree score were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05);the hospitalization time and incidence of early postoperative complications of the study group patients were significantly shorter or lower than those of the control group,and the satisfaction of the study group patients with nursing care was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation training device used in orthopedic nursing has a significant effect on early rehabilitation training and functional recovery after tibial plateau fracture surgery,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
