Objective To study the effect of stage pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing on pelvic floor muscle strength,complications and quality of life in gynecological patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 80 gynecological patients with pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected for the study.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given stage pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing.Pelvic floor muscle strength,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups before and after care.Results Before nursing,there was no statistical significance in pelvic floor muscle strength classification between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the levels of pelvic floor muscle strength in both groups were significantly increased,and all levels of pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of role function,cognitive function,physical function and social function between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the above scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in pelvic organ prolapse,urogenital and anorectal disorders scores between 2 groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the scores of pelvic organ prolapse,urogenital and anorectal disorders in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(15.00％)was significantly higher than that in the control group(2.50％,P＜0.05).Conclusions Stage pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength,quality of life and reduce complications of gynecological patients with pelvic floor dysfunction,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
