Objective:To explore the impact of health education and nursing on cancer screening behavior and patient satisfaction.Method:Study subjects:120 women of appropriate age who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022.Grouping method:Randomly draw lots,with 60 women in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received health education and nursing care.The participation rate,knowledge mastery,behavior,psychological status,and patient satisfaction of the two cancer screening groups were compared.Result:① The participation rate of cancer screening and patient satisfaction were relatively high in the observation group(P<0.05);② Before nursing,there was no difference in the scores of cancer screening knowledge mastery between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the observation group had relatively high scores for the mastery of cancer screening knowledge in both groups(P<0.05)Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of cancer screening behaviors between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the observation group had relatively high scores for cancer screening behavior in both groups(P<0.05);④ Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the psychological status scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the anxiety(SAS)and depression self rating scale(SDS)scores in the observation group were relatively low(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education and nursing can help improve the two cancer screening behavior of women of appropriate age,increase patient satisfaction and mastery of two cancer screening knowledge,alleviate their negative emotions,and have a good effect.
