Objective:To analyze the effect of surgical instrument cooperation scenario simulation during nursing training in disinfection supply room.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2022,a total of 40 nursing staff were selected as the subjects of this study who received nursing training in the Disinfection Supply Department of our hospital.The group was divided into control group and experimental group with 20 cases in each group.During the training of the control group,the conventional mode was used,while during the training of the experimental group,the cooperative scenario simulation mode of surgical instruments was used to analyze the effects obtained by the two nursing modes.Results:Compared between the two groups,the experimental group spent less time in debridement and suture bag,abortion bag,ring bag,leather bag and brain pressure bag.When the control group was packaged,the accuracy rate was 70.00％,while the exp ○ erimental group was 95.00％.Compared between the two groups,the accuracy rate of the experimental group was significantly higher.Compared between the two groups,the experimental group had a significantly higher satisfaction score.Conclusion:In the process of nursing training in disinfection supply room,the surgical instrument cooperation scenario simulation can make the training work get better results,and this way has high application value.
