Objective:To explore the effectiveness of nursing interventions in elderly patients with rheumatic diseases in the northern Fujian region. To achieve this goal, researchers used a grouping design, dividing patients into a nursing intervention group and a conventional control group.Method:The researchers used a general questionnaire survey method and self-made a questionnaire to investigate the basic situation of the cases.By comparing the basic information of the two groups of cases, the researchers confirmed whether the differences between the two groups were significant. In addition, researchers also used evaluation indicators of joint pain and joint function recovery to analyze the impact of nursing interventions on patients. In addition, the researchers compared the incidence of complications between two groups of patients and used the SDS Depression Scale and SAS Anxiety Scale to evaluate the depression and anxiety levels of patients.Result:The researchers found that there was no significant difference in general conditions such as illness among the selected elderly cases. After nursing intervention, the patient's joint pain and joint function recovery were significantly alleviated, and the nursing intervention group had better results. In addition, patients in the nursing intervention group also showed significantly lower scores on the SDS Depression Scale and SAS Anxiety Scale compared to the conventional control group. These results indicate that nursing interventions have a significant promoting effect on the recovery of elderly patients with rheumatic diseases in the northern Fujian region. Conclusion:In summary, the results of this study indicate that nursing interventions have a significant effect on promoting the recovery of elderly patients with rheumatic diseases in the northern Fujian region.By evaluating the degree of joint pain and joint function recovery,as well as the levels of depression and anxiety, researchers found that patients in the nursing intervention group showed better efficacy. These results are of great significance for improving the quality of life and treatment effectiveness of elderly patients with rheumatic diseases.Future research can further explore the impact of different nursing intervention methods on elderly rheumatic diseases, and further optimize nursing intervention strategies to improve the rehabilitation effect of patients.
