Objective:To analyze the application value of the nursing quality evaluation system for drunk patients in clinical practice.Method:102 drunk patients who underwent treatment from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(n=51)received routine nursing intervention mode,while the observation group(n=51)received nursing quality evaluation system during the nursing process.The treatment status and compliance of the two groups were compared,and their mental health was evaluated using the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),Count the occurrence of adverse events and patient care satisfaction.Result:The observation group had shorter awakening time,stable recovery time of vital signs,and hospitalization time compared to the control group(P<0.05).The observation group's patient streatment compliance was significantly higher(P<0.05).After nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of psychosis and phobia between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group had lower scores for paranoia,hostility,anxiety,depression,interpersonal sensitivity,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,and somatization than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group's total incidence of adverse events was significantly lower(P<0.05).The observation group's overall nursing satisfaction was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing quality evaluation system in the treatment of drunken patients can help improve the quality and level of nursing,shorten the treatment time of patients,improve their treatment compliance and satisfaction,promote their mental health and effectively improve the Factor of safety of nursing.
