Human papillomavirus is closely related to the incidence rate of cervical cancer and other malignant tumors.From the perspective of market vaccine research basis and virus composition,its L1 protein in the late transcriptional region plays a crucial role.Objective:To obtain the protein template of L1 protein in human papillomavirus and analyze its pentamer structure through autonomous modeling.Method:Firstly,database search and comparison were conducted to obtain a large number of L1 protein structural sequences of different subtypes of human papillomavirus;Using Align sequence comparative analysis and SWISS model homology modeling method,a self established protein model was calculated.The hydrophobic cluster structure,hydrogen bonding network,salt bridge structure,and contact diagram of L1 protein in the model were analyzed in depth,and statistical analysis was conducted.Result:The protein obtained using SWISS model homology modeling method has high statistical reliability,and data analysis can be used for specific research on L1 protein structure.Conclusion:The existing research on the structure of L1 protein mainly focuses on analyzing its pentamer structure,analyzing the internal state of L1 protein pentamer,in order to gain a deeper understanding of L1 protein from a structural perspective,understand its important role in vaccine development,and explore the structural site basis for future drug research.
