Objective:To analyze the specific effects of administering prednisolone acetate tablets and tacrolimus capsules simultaneously in the clinical treatment of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Method:82 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the patient's medication method. One group was the conventional group, and the other group was the experimental group. The conventional group received prednisolone acetate tablets for treatment, while the experimental group patients needed to receive tacrolimus capsules and prednisolone acetate tablets for treatment. The total effective rate of each group was calculated, the incidence of adverse reactions was calculated, and the degree of disease activity was evaluated;Compare complement indicators.Result:The total effective rate of 97.6%in the experimental group was higher than that of 78.0%in the conventional group,P<0.05;The total incidence rate of 4.8%in the experimental group was lower than that of 26.8%in the conventional group,P<0.05.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in SLEDAI scores between the experimental group and the conventional group(P>0.05);After treatment, the SLEDAI score of the experimental group was lower than that of the conventional group,P<0.05.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in C3 and C4 between the experimental group and the conventional group,P>0.05;After treatment, the C3 and C4 levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:For the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus, the combination of tacrolimus capsules and prednisolone acetate tablets can effectively restore serum protein levels, promote disease improvement, and reduce treatment risks.
