Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics, pathological characteristics, and prognosis of cervical cancer patients of different ages.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 66 patients with cervical cancer treated at Longyan First Hospital affiliated with Fujian Medical University from January 2010 to January 2013.They were divided into a young group(35 cases under 45 years old)and a middle-aged and elderly group(31 cases over 45 years old)based on their age.The clinical manifestations, pathological characteristics, and prognosis of the two groups were compared, and the influencing factors of cervical cancer rejuvenation were analyzed.Result:Compared with the middle-aged and elderly group, the young group had a higher proportion of squamous cell carcinoma, lymph node metastasis, distant organ metastasis, clinical stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ,presence of contact bleeding, irregular vaginal bleeding, abnormal secretions, etc.,and a longer survival period for patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cervical cancer patients of different ages have different clinical characteristics, pathological features, and prognosis.Squamous cell carcinoma, clinical staging of stages Ⅲ and Ⅳ,distant organ metastasis, and lymph node metastasis are all factors that contribute to the rejuvenation of cervical cancer.
