Objective::To investigate the therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with ultrashort wave therapy on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The selected cases in this study were all from 96 patients with unilateral knee osteoarthritis in the acupuncture and moxibustion Clinic of Guzhen County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2022.Randomized number table method was used to carry out grouping work,including warm acupuncture and moxibustion group and ultrashort wave group with 48 cases each.Both groups received ultrashort wave treatment,while the warm acupuncture and moxibustion group received warm acupuncture and moxibustion treatment alone on the basis of ultrashort wave treatment.The evaluation content of this article is set as the improvement of clinical symptom scores and the score related to treatment effectiveness between the two groups.Results:According to the test results,both groups can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis,and the scores of knee joint pain,knee joint swelling,knee joint stiffness,and knee joint dysfunction scale are lower than before treatment,and the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion group is better than the ultrashort wave group,with a statistically significant difference;After treatment,the scores of LKSS scale in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the scores of VAS and WOMAC scale were lower than before treatment.Moreover,the curative effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion group was better than that of ultrashort wave group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Warm acupuncture and moxibustion and ultrashort wave therapy can significantly improve the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis,and the combination of them can enhance the efficacy.
