Objective:To study and observe the clinical rehabilitation effect of using thunder fire moxibustion following menstrual cycle in patients with shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS)after stroke.Methods:A total of 82 patients with SHS admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the conventional group and the experimental group using random number table method.42 patients in the conventional group received conventional treatment,and 42 patients in the experimental group received life-saving decoction combined with lightning fire moxibustion treatment.The scores of anxiety and depression,clinical efficacy,shoulder pain,upper limb function,degree of shoulder and hand movement disorder and satisfaction were compared between the two groups under different treatment methods.Results:The results of the study on SHS patients showed that the scores of anxiety and depression,clinical efficacy,shoulder pain,upper limb function,degree of shoulder and hand movement disorder,serological index level and satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the conventional group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional group,the effect of moxibustion on SHS patients is significant,which is of great significance for their rehabilitation and worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
