反复发作性尿路感染的中医药防治研究进展

摘要
目的:反复发作性尿路感染因其长期反复发作,给患者的生活带来严重的不良影响,如何预防和防治其复发是目前医学研究的重点,中医药在本病的防治上独具优势.本文通过分析近年来中医药防治反复发作性尿路感染的相关文献,总结了从现代医学角度、本虚标实的中医病机角度使用中医药防治反复发作性尿路感染复发的策略,为临床降低本病复发率的中医药途径提供参考.
Abstract
Recurrent urinary tract infections have serious adverse effects on the lives of patients due to their long-term recurrence.How to prevent and prevent their recurrence is currently the focus of medical research,and traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of this disease.This article analyzes the relevant literature on the prevention and treatment of recurrent urinary tract infections using traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,and summarizes the strategies of using traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat recurrent urinary tract infections from the perspective of modem medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of deficiency and excess,providing reference for the Chinese medicine approach to reduce the recurrence rate of this disease in clinical practice.
