Objective:To investigate the effect of Huolongguan combined with intramuscular patch intervention on joint range of motion in patients with shoulder hand syndrome(SHS)complicated with stroke.Method:116 cases of stroke complicated with SHS admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group(58 cases)and a control group(58 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received intramuscular patch intervention,while the observation group received Huolongguan combined with intramuscular patch intervention.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,joint range of motion,SHS score,and limb muscle strength of the two groups were compared.After the intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The TCM syndrome scores and total scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The joint activity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The SHS scores and total scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The improvement of limb muscle strength in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Huolong cupping and intramuscular patch intervention can effectively improve the treatment effect of stroke patients with SHS,improve clinical symptoms,increase joint range of motion,and improve SHS and limb muscle strength.
