Objective:to carry out"excellent nursing plus"continuous nursing care for elderly patients with hypertension,and to analyze the impact on their medication management level and cardiovascular accident risk.Methods:130 elderly patients with hypertension who started nursing in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as objects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,65 of which were included.The experimental group received"excellent nursing+"continuous nursing;The reference group received routine continuous nursing,and the nursing intervention value of patients between groups was compared.Results:the incidence of cardiovascular accident risk in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P.Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the nursing indexes between the groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the data of diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group;The scores of quality of life,medication management and ESCA in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the data comparison was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of"excellent nursing+"continuous nursing can stabilize the blood pressure level of elderly patients,improve medication management and self-care ability,provide better nursing services for patients,greatly reduce the risk of cardiovascular accidents,help to improve the quality of life of patients,and then improve the overall quality of nursing.
