Objective To observe the clinical effect of Holographic Meridian curettage combined with Paishi decoction in the treatment of small Renal Calculi.Methods 90 cases of renal small stone were randomly divided into 3 groups,30 cases in each group.Control Group 1 was treated with Paishi decoction alone,and Control Group 2 was treated with Holographic Tongbian Guasha therapy,the patients in the treatment group were treated with Holographic Meridian scraping and Tongbian scraping combined with Paishi decoction,and the pain scores and clinical comprehensive effects were observed before treatment,after one course of treatment(10 days)and after two courses of treatment(20 days).Results There was a significant difference in the total clinical efficacy between the treatment group and the Control Group(P＜0.05),and the pain scores of the three groups decreased after treatment,and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the Control Group(P＜0.05),there were significant differences in the pain scores of the treatment group after 20 days of treatment compared with those before treatment and 10 days of Treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Holographic Meridian Tongbian Guasha combined with Paishi decoction in the treatment of small Renal Calculi is significant,it can improve the symptoms and signs of patients,reduce the degree of pain,and is worthy of clinical application.
