Objective:To study the application effect of clinical nursing pathway combined with predictive nursing in patients with generalized eczema.Method:80 cases patients with generalized eczema who received treatment in Fengcheng Third People's Hospital from February to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly(according to the random number table method)divided into an observation group of 40 cases and a control group of 40 cases.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received a combination of clinical nursing pathways and predictive nursing care.Both groups of patients with generalized eczema received nursing care until discharge.At discharge,compare the nursing effectiveness and complications during treatment between two groups of patients,and compare the scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)before and at discharge.Result:At discharge,the total nursing effective rate of the observation group patients was 90.00％,which was significantly higher than the 70.00％of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05);the total complications of the observation group patients was 5.00％,which was significantly lower than the 25.00％of the control group patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups of patients(P＞0.05);from nursing to discharge,the SAS scores of the two groups of patients significantly decreased,and the SAS scores of the observation group patients was(46.21±2.24)points,which was significantly lower than the control group's(49.58±2.52)points,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group with nursing care was significantly higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of clinical nursing pathway and predictive nursing has a significant nursing effect on patients with generalized eczema,which can significantly reduce their anxiety and complications after illness,and it is worth promoting in clinical application.
