Objective:To analyze the nursing intervention effect of applying three character meridian pediatric massage and acupoint application in children with cough.Method:68 children with cough admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,each group had 34 cases.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received three character meridian pediatric massage and acupoint application.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);after treatment,the main symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the clinical symptom resolution time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05);the level of inflammatory factors in the observation group after nursing was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:When nursing children with cough,the combination of three character meridian pediatric massage and acupoint application can be used to reduce the level of inflammation in the body of the children,improve their clinical symptoms,and promote their recovery as soon as possible,which is worth promoting and applying widely.
