Objective:To explore the effect of phased education and nursing model in clinical nursing of patients undergoing ENT surgery.Methods:50 patients who received ENT surgery in our hospital(treated during 2020.6~2023.6)were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the lottery method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was treated with stage education nursing mode on the basis of this,and the cognition,treatment compliance and psychological state of the two groups were compared.Results:Awareness score:increased more significantly in study group(P<0.05),total compliance rate:100.00%in study group was higher than 84.00%in control group(P<0.05),SDS depression score,SAS anxiety score:decreased more significantly in study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of phased education nursing mode in the clinical nursing of patients with ENT surgery has significant effects,which can not only improve patients'awareness and treatment compliance,but also improve their psychological state.This nursing mode has the promotion value.
