Objective:To analyze the application effect of personalized high-quality nursing intervention in the postoperative treatment of limb trauma fractures;Method:101 patients who underwent limb trauma fracture surgery in our hospital from February 2023-August 2023 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a general group according to the odor preference method.The experimental group consisted of 51 patients and the general group consisted of 50 patients.The general group received general nursing intervention,while the experimental group received individualized high-quality nursing intervention.The psychological status,conscious pain,incidence of postoperative complications,and ability to live after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,both groups showed improvement in their psychological state,and the experimental group showed better improvement than the ordinary group(p<0.05);The conscious pain sensation after nursing in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05);The postoperative living ability of the experimental group was better than that of the ordinary group(p<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing limb trauma fracture surgery who require postoperative care,personalized high-quality nursing intervention can improve their psychological state,reduce negative emotions,and reduce postoperative pain.It can also reduce the incidence of complications,improve their postoperative living ability,promote limb recovery,and facilitate patient prognosis.
