Objective:To analyze the impact of cognitive behavioral intervention combined with emotional care on the quality of life and sleep in patients with schizophrenia and insomnia.Method:A group study was conducted on 92 patients with schizophrenia and insomnia in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022.All patients were randomly divided into 2 groups using the number table method,with 46 cases included in the control group and 46 cases included in the observation group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received cognitive behavioral intervention combined with emotional care.Evaluate and compare the changes in cognitive function,sleep quality,and quality of life between two groups of patients before and after intervention.The results showed that compared with before the intra group intervention,both groups had a significant increase in the Concise Assessment of Cognitive Function Scale(BACS)for schizophrenia after the intervention(P<0.05);And the two groups showed a more significant increase compared to the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with before the intra group intervention,there was a significant decrease in the Quality of Life Scale(SQLS)of schizophrenia patients in both groups after the intervention(P<0.05);And the two groups showed a more significant decrease compared to the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with before the intra group intervention,there was a significant decrease in the Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI)in both groups after the intervention(P<0.05);And the two groups showed a more significant decrease compared to the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with schizophrenia and insomnia receiving cognitive behavioral intervention combined with emotional care can help improve cognitive function,alleviate insomnia symptoms,and improve quality of life.
