脑卒中后针灸康复治疗对患者生活质量的影响及抑郁症状改善的作用研究

摘要
目的:探究脑卒中后针灸康复治疗对患者生活质量的影响及抑郁症状改善的作用研究.方法:选取我院于2022年1月至2023年2月期间收容和诊断的70例患有脑卒中的患者,采用随机分组的方法,将70例患者分为两组,每组35例患者,分别为对照组、观察组;对照组采用常规药物治疗法,服用地芬尼多与阿司匹林;对照组在常规治疗的基础上加入针灸康复治疗,比较两组患者的HAMD抑郁评分、NHTSS神经功能评分、抑郁情绪抑郁症状缓解时间、住院时间、生存质量整体评分、治疗效果.结果:治疗后对照组HAMD、NHTSS评分均显著高于观察组;治疗后对照组抑郁情绪抑郁症状缓解时间、住院时间多于观察组;对照组治疗后生存质量整体评分低于观察组;对照组患者治疗效果低于观察组(P＜0.05).结论:将针灸治疗应用在脑卒中后患者的治疗中,对患者抑郁症状的改善具有积极作用,改善患者的生活质量,减少住院时间,提高治疗有效率.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation treatment on the quality of life of patients after stroke and the improvement of depressive symptoms.Method:70 patients with stroke admitted and diagnosed in our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 patients in each group,namely the control group and the observation group;The control group was treated with conventional medication,taking difenidol and aspirin;The control group added acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,and compared the HAMD depression score,NHTSS neurological function score,depressive mood and depressive symptom relief time,hospital stay,overall quality of life score and treatment effect of the two groups.Result:After treatment,the HAMD and NHTSS scores of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group;After treatment,the control group had longer relief time for depressive symptoms and hospitalization time than the observation group;The overall quality of life score of the control group after treatment was lower than that of the observation group;The treatment effect of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke patients has a positive role in improving the depressive symptoms of patients,improving the quality of life of patients,reducing the length of hospital stay,and improving the treatment efficiency.
