Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation treatment on the quality of life of patients after stroke and the improvement of depressive symptoms.Method:70 patients with stroke admitted and diagnosed in our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 patients in each group,namely the control group and the observation group;The control group was treated with conventional medication,taking difenidol and aspirin;The control group added acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,and compared the HAMD depression score,NHTSS neurological function score,depressive mood and depressive symptom relief time,hospital stay,overall quality of life score and treatment effect of the two groups.Result:After treatment,the HAMD and NHTSS scores of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group;After treatment,the control group had longer relief time for depressive symptoms and hospitalization time than the observation group;The overall quality of life score of the control group after treatment was lower than that of the observation group;The treatment effect of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke patients has a positive role in improving the depressive symptoms of patients,improving the quality of life of patients,reducing the length of hospital stay,and improving the treatment efficiency.
