八角植物粉体在造纸法再造烟叶中的应用研究

为探讨八角植物粉体在造纸法再造烟叶产品中的应用效果,研究采用超微粉体加工工艺技术,制备出八角植物粉体,并将粉体直接添加应用于再造烟叶产品中.通过对产品造碎率、内在感官质量、化学和致香成分的评测分析,研究论证八角植物粉体对造纸法再造烟叶产品品质性能的影响.结果表明:八角植物粉体目数越高,应用于造纸法再造烟叶中的造碎率越低,八角粉体中特有的辛香、辛甜等香气成分能有效改善再造烟叶的抽吸品质,并具有降低刺激、改善口感和调节烟气状态的作用;八角植物粉体添加过多或过少均不利于产品内在感官品质表现,添加比例为 5%、目数 600 目时,添加后的再造烟叶产品复合辛香香气特征表现较好;此研究为八角植物粉体在造纸法再造烟叶中的应用研究作了进一步扩展,对赋予造纸法再造烟叶复合辛香香吃味特征的应用研究提供了理论依据.
Research on the Application of Star Anise Powder in Papermaking and Reconstituted Tobacco Leaves
Order to explore the application effect of star anise plant powder in papermaking reconstitu-ted tobacco products,the ultra-fine powder processing technology was used to prepare star anise plant powder,and the powder was directly added to the reconstituted tobacco products.Through the evalua-tion and analysis of the product crushing rate,intrinsic sensory quality and aroma-causing components,the effect of star anise plant powder on the quality and performance of papermaking reconstituted to-bacco products was demonstrated.The results showed that the higher the mesh number of star anise plant powder,the lower the crushing rate of reconstituted tobacco leaves applied to papermaking,and the unique aroma components such as spicy and sweet in star anise powder could effectively improve the smoking quality of reconstituted tobacco leaves,and had the effects of reducing irritation,improving taste and regulating the state of smoke.When the addition ratio was 5%and the number of meshes was 600 mesh,the composite spicy aroma characteristics of the reconstituted tobacco products were better.This study further expands the application of star anise plant powder in papermaking reconstituted to-bacco leaves,and provides a theoretical basis for the application research on the application of paper-making tobacco leaves with compound spicy aroma and taste characteristics.
