竹原纤维与传统烟草在再造烟叶中的应用及对比分析

利用竹原纤维作为原料制备再造烟叶,通过与传统再造烟叶进行对比分析,结果表明:(1)竹原纤维相对烟草原料较难研磨,其纤维断裂和破壁情况与烟草原料相似;(2)竹原纤维随着目数的增加,抗张强度增加,透气度随之降低;烟草随着目数的增加,抗张强度增加,透气度随之降低,其结果与竹原纤维制备的样品相似;(3)在同目数的条件下,竹原纤维制备的再造烟叶缺点相对烟草制备的多,主要表现在香气的质感、杂气及余味等方面,但随着竹原纤维超细粉目数的增加,质感、杂气和余味方面有所改善,烟气质感稍细,杂气稍轻,刺激稍小.
Application and Comparative Analysis of Bamboo Fiber and Traditional Tobacco in Reconstituted Tobacco
Using bamboo fibers as raw materials for reconstituted tobacco leaves,through comparative analysis with traditional reconstituted tobacco,the results showed that:(1)Bamboo fibers were diffi-cult to grind compared with tobacco raw materials,and their fiber fracture and wall breakage were sim-ilar to those of tobacco raw materials;(2)With the increase of the number of meshes,the tensile strength of bamboo fibrils increased,and the air permeability decreased accordingly.With the increase of mesh,the tensile strength of tobacco increased,and the air permeability decreased,and the results were similar to those of the samples prepared by bamboo fibrils.(3)Under the condition of the same mesh number,the shortcomings of the reconstituted tobacco leaves prepared by bamboo fiber were more than those of tobacco preparation,which were mainly manifested in the texture of aroma,miscel-laneous gas and aftertaste,but with the increase of the number of ultrafine powder of bamboo raw fi-ber,the texture,miscellaneous gas and aftertaste were improved,and the texture of the tobacco was slightly finer,the miscellaneous gas was slightly lighter,and the stimulation was slightly smaller.
