The Suitable for Comparative Study of Different Tooth Types of Grinding Discs for the Production of Reconstituted Tobacco by Papermaking
In this paper,by comparing the effects of different toothed grinding discs on the quality of re-constituted tobacco leaves,two different toothed abrasives were processed as raw materials for the pro-duction of reconstituted tobacco leaves,and the slurry was copied into flakes,and finally the products were coated with them.The fiber morphology,physical properties of the sheet base and the sensory quality of the processed slurry were analyzed.The results show that the number of fibers,length and thickness of the three-stage grinding disc are better than those of the two-stage grinding disc,and the air permeability value of the two-stage grinding disc increases,and the tensile strength decreases.The three-stage grinding disc obtained the product chemical index and sensory quality evaluation were better than the two-stage type,and the grinding disc with two tooth shapes could be copied into the piece.
