Research on the Application of AKD in Liquid Packaging Base Paper
This article explores the application of AKD in liquid packaging base paper,and the results show that the addition of AKD significantly reduces the edge penetration of the paper,but has a nega-tive impact on drainability of pulp and the internal bonding strength of the paper.When the pH of the pulp is 7.0 and the alkalinity is 200 mg/L,the sizing effect of AKD is the best.The combination of wet strength agent and AKD is beneficial for the sizing effect of paper and can also improve the strength of paper.The addition of ludox can improve the retention rate of AKD,which is beneficial for the sizing of AKD.
