阴燃速率是卷烟纸的一项重要物理指标,为了解卷烟纸的阴燃过程,本文通过电镜分析观察卷烟纸正、反面结构差异;通过烘箱加热观察卷烟纸正、反面碳化颜色差异;通过CSR-Ⅱ型卷烟纸阴燃速率测量仪检测卷烟纸正面朝下(非涂助燃剂面)与反面朝下(涂助燃剂面)的阴燃速率结果差异,对卷烟纸的阴燃过程进行分析、讨论.
Analysis of the Static Combustibility Process of Cigarette Paper
The static combustibility rate is an important physical indicator of cigarette paper.In order to understand the static combustibility process of cigarette paper,this paper analyzes and discusses the static combustibility process of cigarette paper by analyzing and observing the structural differences be-tween the front and back sides of cigarette paper through electron microscopy;the difference in carboni-zation color between the front and back of the cigarette paper by heating it in an oven;the difference in static combustibility rate between the front facing down(non-coated with flame retardant)and the back facing down(coated with flame retardant)measuring with the CSR-Ⅱ cigarette paper static combusti-bility rate measuring instrument.
