制浆造纸废水处理的试验研究

采用水解酸化-好氧-深度处理(混凝沉淀+Fenton氧化法)工艺处理制浆造纸废水,确定了水解酸化反应器、好氧反应器的最佳运行参数,考查了不同混凝药剂对CODCr去除率的效果及最佳投药量,并对混凝处理后出水进行了 Fenton试剂氧化处理.结果表明:经生化处理后CODCr去除率可达72%左右,再经过混凝沉淀+在Fenton试剂氧化的基础上投加絮凝剂PAM强化处理,系统出水CODCr可降至100 mg/L以下.
Hydrolysis acidification-aerobic process-advanced waster treatment(Coagulating sedimenta-tion+Fenton oxidation process)was conducted to treat the pulp and papermaking wastewater,the best running parameters of the anaerobic reactor and the aerobic reactor has been identified,the differ-ent coagulatant agents and the best amount of coagulants added on the CODCr removal rate has been ex-amined,and Fenton reagen process were attempted to the effluent of Coagulation treatment.The results showed that after biochemical system,the removal efficiencies of CODCr is 72%,and after Coagulating sedimentation+adding flocculant PAM on the basis of Fenton oxidation process,the system effluent CODCr can be reduced to 100 mg/L.
