摘要

目的 探讨JB智能型全自动护理床在介护老人中运用的效果.方法 将244例巴氏评分<45分的介护老人分为A、B、C三组,A组(68例)使用普通医疗床、B组(67例)使用JB-1代智能型全自动护理床、C组(109例)使用JB-2代智能型全自动护理床,比较养老护理员处理三组大小便的时间,发现老人排泄后的时间,以及不同护理床所需耗材费用.结果 三组处理大小便操作时间、老人排泄后到护理员发现时间、月耗材费用比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),C组最优,B组次之,A组最差.结论 JB-2代智能型全自动护理床在护理介护老人时可快速祛除排泄物,及时报警,并缩短养老护理员处理大小便的时间,降低感染率,减轻护理员的工作量,提高工作效率;降低耗材成本,减少护理费用.

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of the JB intelligent automatic bed used in nursing the elderly.Methods A total of 244 aged people with the Barthel index less than 45 points were randomized into 3 groups.Group A (n=68) were given conventional medical bed system; group B (n=67) used the first generation of the JB intelligent automatic beds; group C (n=68) received the "second generation" of the JB intelligent automatic beds.Time of caregivers handling urine and stool,time between excretion of the elderly and detection of the caregivers,and monthly costs of the bed were compared among the 3 groups.Results The above-mentioned parameters was best in group C,followed by group B and lastly group A,with significant differences among the 3 groups (P<0.05 for all).Conclusion The "second generation" of the JB intelligent automatic bed used in nursing the elderly can quickly remove excretions,give an alarm in time,shorten the time of caregivers handling urine and stool,reduce infections,decrease workload of caregivers,improve work efficiency,and reduce material and nursing costs.
