护理人员健康信息素养认知与行为的质性研究

摘要
目的 了解护理人员健康信息素养现况,为针对性干预和相关研究提供参考.方法 采用描述性质性研究方法,以 自拟访谈提纲对1所三级甲等医院的19名护理人员进行半结构访谈,运用内容分析法分析资料、提练主题.结果 词语云图显示"健康""信息"词频最高,＞500次;提炼出多层面健康信息需求、健康信息获取能力有待提高、健康信息评价能力较好、健康信息应用能力较强、具备良好的网络健康信息道德5个主题及13个亚主题.结论 护理人员健康信息素养体现出利他性,健康信息道德较好,健康信息能力有待加强.医院管理部门需重视护理人员健康信息素养相关培训,进一步提升其健康信息素养和健康服务能力.
Abstract
Objective To understand the current status of health information literacy among nurses,and to provide reference for tar-geted interventions and related research.Methods The descriptive qualitative study method was utilized,semi-structured interviews were conducted among 19 nurses in a tertiary hospital,and content analysis was used to analyze the data and refine themes.Results The word cloud showed that"health"and"information"were the most frequent words with frequencies more than 500 times.Five themes and thirteen subthemes were identified,including multifaceted health information needs,to-be-improved health information seeking ability,satisfactory health information evaluation ability,strong health information application ability and good online health information ethics.Conclusion The health information literacy of nursing staff reflects altruism.Nurses have satisfactory health information ethics,however their health information competence needs to be improved.Training should be strengthened to enhance nurses'health information literacy and work ability.
