摘要
从糖尿病管理理论框架、社会网络特征及其主要评估工具、社会网络视域下的糖尿病管理(社会网络与糖尿病发病风险,并发症,预防及照护方法)等方面进行综述,为有效管理2型糖尿病提供参考.
Abstract
This review reports the theoretical frameworks of diabetes management,the characteristics of social networks,the main assessment tools,and diabetes management from a social network perspective(social networks and risk for diabetes,complica-tions,prevention and care),in order to provide a reference for the effective management of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
