道德伤害在临床护理中的研究进展

摘要
阐述了道德伤害的概念发展、测量工具、影响因素、对护士的影响及三级预防.提出应研制符合中国文化的道德伤害量表,重视组织支持,制定三级预防措施,以促进临床护士的心理健康,稳定护理队伍.
Abstract
This article reviews the conceptual development of moral injury,measurement tools,influencing factors,impact on nur-ses and tertiary prevention.It is proposed that a moral injury scale consistent with Chinese culture should be developed.Emphasis should be placed on organizational support,and tertiary prevention measures should be developed in order to promote the mental health of clinical nurses and stabilize the nursing workforce.
