实习护生工作场所暴力真实体验的Meta整合

目的 对实习护生经历工作场所暴力真实体验的质性研究进行Meta整合,为护理教育和管理提供参考.方法 计算机检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库、Cochrane Library、Embase、W eb of Science、PubMed中关于实习护生经历工作场所暴力真实体验的质性研究,检索时限从建库至2023年5月.运用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准对纳人文献质量进行评价.采用汇集性整合方法进行结果整合.结果 共纳入17篇文献,提炼出56个主要的研究结果,归纳成9个新类别,综合成4个整合结果:护生经历的工作场所暴力事件的来源;工作场所暴力对护生的影响;护生应对工作场所暴力的方式;渴望支持.结论 实习护生遭受工作场所暴力是普遍现象,严重影响护生的身心健康和职业发展.因此教育者和管理者应采取积极有效的措施,改善护理实习环境,降低工作场所暴力发生率,提高护理临床教学质量.
Meta-synthesis of real experiences of workplace violence among intern nursing students
Objective This study aims to conduct a qualitative Meta-synthesis of the real experiences of workplace violence among in-tern nursing students,providing references for nursing education and management.Methods A computer-based search was conduc-ted on China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,VIP database,Wanfang Database,Co-chrane Library,Embase,Web of Science,and PubMed for qualitative studies on intern nursing students'real experiences of work-place violence from the establishment of databases to May 2023.The Australian JBI Critical Appraisal Checklist for Qualitative Re-search was used to assess the quality of the included literature.The convergent synthesis approach was employed for result integra-tion.Results A total of 17 articles were included,extracting 56 major research results,which were categorized into 9 new catego-ries and integrated into 4 synthesis results:sources of workplace violence incidents experienced by nursing students;impact of workplace violence on nursing students;coping strategies of nursing students in response to workplace violence;desire for sup-port.Conclusion Intern nursing students experiencing workplace violence is a common phenomenon,severely affecting their physi-cal and mental health,as well as professional development.Therefore,educators and managers should take proactive and effective measures to improve the nursing internship environment,reduce the incidence of workplace violence,and enhance the quality of nursing clinical education.
