青少年抑郁症患者聚焦解决模式护理干预效果评价

摘要
目的 探讨聚焦解决模式护理干预对青少年抑郁症患者的干预效果.方法 将60例青少年抑郁症患者按照病区分为对照组和干预组各30例.两组均行常规抗抑郁治疗,对照组住院期间实施常规护理;干预组实施聚焦解决模式护理干预.结果 干预后,干预组焦虑、抑郁评分,冗思反思量表评分、非自杀性自伤行为评分、自杀意念评分显著低于对照组;聚焦解决思维中资源利用与 目标导向2个维度评分显著高于对照组(均P＜0.05).结论 聚焦解决模式护理干预有利于改善青少年抑郁症患者焦虑抑郁情绪,降低其冗思水平,减少其非自杀性自伤行为及自杀意念,增强患者康复信心.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of a nursing intervention based on the Solution-focused Brief Therapy(SFBT)on adoles-cents with depression.Methods A total of 60 adolescents with depression were divided into a control group and an intervention group according to their wards,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional antidepressant therapy,and the control group received routine nursing during hospitalization,while the intervention group received a nursing intervention based on the SFBT.Results After the intervention,the scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),the Ruminative Responses Scale(RRS),the Non-suicidal Self-Injury(NSSI),and the Positive and Negative Suicide Ideation(PANSI)in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while its two subscale scores of resource utilization and goal orientation in the Solution-focused Inventory(SFI)were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on the SFBT is beneficial to alleviate anxiety and depression for adolescents with depression,reduce their level of rumination and non-suicidal self-injurious behaviors and suicidal ideation,and im-prove their recovery confidence.
