摘要

本文综述能力本位教育的内涵、在护理教育中的实践作用、面临的挑战及对策等,提出以目标结果为导向的能力本位教育为护理教育变革提供了新思路,拟为推进护理教育发展提供参考.

Abstract

This paper summarizes the connotation of competency-based education,its practice in nursing education,the challenges faced by the implementation of competency-based education,the challenges and corresponding countermeasures.This paper also proposes that goal-based and outcome-oriented competency-based education provides a new idea for the reform of nursing educa-tion,and can provide a reference for promoting the development of nursing education.
